A "CID" @ 37th and Gage *(Topeka KS)* will spur development and create the funds for elevation parkway.

The site work will soon begin to create thirty-six acres of shovel ready land at the southwest corner of 37th & Gage in Topeka KS. The property is for sale today for $1.2 million.

We are also able to sell off lots one at a time as we are developing the property and each deal is on a case-by-case basis. The CID can create incentives to offset the development costs as we move forward with the overall project.

The area is ripe for development today and the addition of elevation Parkway in the future only solidifies the future strength of this project as time marches on. The thirty-six acres is owned by Dana K Anderson, one of the founders of the MaceRich company. MaceRich has evolved into one of the largest mall owners in our country.
