I wanted to personally invite you to visit the site at 37th and Gage in Topeka to see the progress firsthand.
We have moved more than 400,000 cubic yards of dirt and created approximately 19 acres of Shovel Ready Land. The property is located on SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66610 — across the street from Vern's Liquor, adjacent to the future Orthodox Church site, and just south of the brand-new Dollar General.
We are actively exploring mixed-use concepts and are particularly interested in pairing strong multi-family with complementary retail. Our preference is to sell the land today. That said, with the right multi-family owner/developer and the right overall deal structure, we are open to contributing the land as part of a partnership. The property is owned by 37th & Gage LLC, of which Dana K. Anderson (one of the founders of the MaceRich Company) is the sole member.
We are fully prepared and comfortable to lead or partner on the retail component. What we are looking for is a partner who is secure and confident in executing the multi-family portion.
